The DAE (Delores and Estelle) Foundation was founded by College of Charleston Hall of Famer, Jermel President, in 1999. As a former student-athlete in the Lowcountry, President understood the need for skill development programs in his community. In 2017, Pain Specialists of Charleston is proud to partner with the DAE Foundation to create a summer “FUN-DA-MENTAL” basketball league for rising 4th-6th graders. Neurostimulation Education Sessions
We’re proud to offer comprehensive treatment options for pain management and Neurostimulation is cutting edge technology that many patients may consider. Neurostimulation works by intercepting pain signals before they reach the brain. To do this, a small system is implanted within your body that stimulates nerves along the spinal cord. Pain is replaced with what some people describe as a gentle massaging sensation or, in some cases, the absence of pain. If you are interested in learning more about spinal cord stimulation, we welcome you to attend an Neurostimulation Education Session. Call 843-818-1181 to learn more! (*class only available to Pain Specialists of Charleston patients)
